Many thanks to Laura Pratt and Michelle Childs for leading another lovely 4-winds session about "air". This is the latest installment in the Earth theme for this year.

Today was also a day where the original plan was scrapped and an audible was called.  With so many illnesses spreading through the school, the kids began making little gifts for the children who were not here. We read You Are (Not) Small to further the message of empathy and belonging. The gifts are waiting in mailboxes when children return.

We exchanged another tweet with the Kindergarten in Ontario too. They have been observing birds and we are still waiting for our first visit to the feeders. The hope to make similar pine cone feeders as they did to draw the birds in!  More photos from the day here.
