Today we started two new routines! In collaboration with Mrs. Dyer and Mrs. Read, we are offering three different force and interaction workshops for kids over the next two weeks. Each room will offer a different twist or focus on a different NGSS Standard (see pg. 2). The classes are split up so that there is even representation in all three rooms.  Each workshop lasts 3 days!

Also, children in this room began signing in with a sentence in the afternoon (ex: Look at my hat!). This combines sight words we are practicing ("look" was introduced today), CVC words (hat), letter writing, and sentence structure.

A new math game was introduced (Make it to 20 with Circles and Squares), plus ample opportunities to play rounded out the day! More photos here.
