Caring, Respect, and @rowdyrecycler

Many thanks to Ms.S for joining us to talk about caring and respect with some role play! Also, much gratitude to Rhonda Mace from the Chittenden Solid Waste Distrct for joining us to talk about reducing, reusing, and recycling waste! She really is a super hero for the earth (hence the cape), connecting to the Global Goals for Sustainability such as Life on Land and Responsible Consumption and Production.

It was super hot, but we did read I am Peace by Peter H. Reynolds as a follow-up to yesterday's painting experience. Kids found the letter n during Reading Workshop and later wrote/drew about ideas that may cool them down on a hot day!
