The group began outside as usual, then met with Mrs. S for Guidance. They continued building peace flags with her, then went down the long hallway to Library. Be on the lookout for books in backpacks tonight. Today's book in class, Give Bees a Chance, was read by Ms. Caylee. We chose this book in response to some pesky bees that were floating around us yesterday. We unveiled the shapes/pattern that continues to evolve in the calendar, answered "Would you rather be a cow or horse?" (It was horse by a massive margin), and checked out the life cycle of a monarch butterfly. Oh, and it was a bundle day! Every ten days we will bundle the corresponding number sticks in groups of ten and add it to the wall (picture forthcoming tomorrow).
